Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Site Foreman to join our team in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams on site
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers
• Manage materials and equipment on site
• Resolve any issues that may arise during construction
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Civil Site Foreman or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong problem-solving abilities
