Job Description:

The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day supervision and planning activities related to the contract by the Service Level Agreement. Their primary responsibilities include coordinating and assisting technicians, housekeeping staff, concierge, and lifeguards in carrying out periodic site maintenance work by Standard Operations Manuals. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and regulations, maintaining staff discipline, and responding to work-related incidents. The Facilities Supervisor also mentors direct reports, monitors the progress and quality of work, manages performance and resources, and coordinates with operations for health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe completion of agreed services with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) within designated time frames.
• Interface with Operations Field staff, environmental health and safety, Operations Management, and local regulatory agencies.
• Support Facility Management (FM) in implementing new policies and procedures, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

• Degree or 3-year diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 2 years of supervisory or 4 years of technical experience in a similar field.
• Building maintenance and property management experience is preferable.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Familiarity with facility safety and building fire safety systems.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound analytical skills and a proven ability to adapt to change and develop creative solutions to complex situations.
• Self-motivated and confident in making decisions within boundaries defined by the manager.
