The Position: We are seeking experienced Sales Executives with a background in fresh fruits and vegetables for B2B Sales. This role encompasses both inside and outside sales, focusing on generating new customers and vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving top-line revenue and strategic product goals for assigned customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct both inside and outside sales activities
• Generate new customers and vendors
• Collaborate with Production and Procurement teams to meet customer needs and specifications
• Stay updated on market prices and make informed decisions on competitive prices and required products
• Maintain a comprehensive customer database and daily activity entries
• Provide regular updates to Supervisors on progress
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new ones

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related courses
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fresh produce market sales in the UAE
• Sales experience specifically in handling fresh fruits and vegetables is a must
• In-depth knowledge of vegetable and fruit product types and specifications
• Strong client database and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and computer/presentation skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Open to immediate joiners
