Job Position: Interior Designer

Panamera Landscapes & Pools is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Interior Designer. We are looking for a mid-level candidate, male or female, with 2-5 years of experience in Dubai, preferably with a fit-out or contracting company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and shop drawing experience.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with hands-on experience in detailing, coordination with MEP services, structural and ID works.
• Conceptualize design, 3D renders, graphic presentations, and hand sketches.
• Experience in site visits, taking dimensions, and attention to all site details.
• Space planning and preparation of detailed drawings, designs, plans, models, material & mood boards.
• Organize and attend meetings related to the project, presenting necessary reports.
• Prepare and review quotations/BOQ with experience in finishing materials and technical aspects.
• Coordinate program activities to manage high-end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc.
• Ensure designs comply with authorities’ standards (ADWEA, DMT, ADHA, DOH, etc.).
• Handle authority approvals from local agencies and coordinate with them to obtain drawing approvals and work permits.
• Prepare material submittals, presentations, maintain records, and obtain approvals from clients and management.
