Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for CCTV systems, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage and maintain networking infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Configure and troubleshoot IP phones for effective communication within the organization.
• Handle and maintain biometric machines, ensuring accurate and secure access control.
• Manage and troubleshoot web C-Panels to ensure proper functioning of web hosting services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support with a focus on CCTV, Networking, IP Phones, Biometric Machines, and Web C-Panels.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with the setup and maintenance of biometric machines for access control.
• Proficiency in managing IP phones and ensuring effective communication systems.
• Experience with web C-Panels for web hosting services.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
