Hiring Finance Executive in UAE | Salary 5000 Dirhams

Position: Finance Executive

Salary: Up to AED 5000

Contract Duration: 3 Months, Extendable

Eligibility:

• Sponsorship Visa Holders Only

Job Role:

1. Drafting and maintaining detailed operating procedures for all complex class of transactions.
2. Weekly payment processing based on the agreed terms with the vendors.
3. Preparation of Purchase Requisitions and approving invoices based on agreed procedures.
4. Review and maintain accounting records, including general accounting, costing, or budget data.
5. Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts; maintain records of routine accounting transactions.
6. Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records for advice or preparing statements.
7. Preparation of monthly accounts with supporting schedules and assisting in MIS release.
8. Monitor revenue and expenses for company accounts; ensure expenditure control and compliance with reporting requirements, group policy, and standard accounting procedures.
9. Perform reconciliation of complex transactions (receivables/payables).
10. Prepare and process revenue, expense, and related correcting entries; prepare bank and intercompany reconciliations of intermediate complexity.
11. Supervise accounting functions and preparation of reports and statistics detailing financial results; work under ERP system/accounting software/accounting packages.
12. Prepare financial data for input into finance systems and generate reports.
13. Coordinate schedules, activities, and reports with other departments; implement cost control procedures.
14. Assist in audits and prepare audit work papers.
