  • Proficiency in working with ITSM systems.
  • Four years of relevant experience.
  • Certifications such as A+, Network+, MCSE, or CCNA are required.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical employees.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting CCTV systems, Fortinet network systems, Windows 10/11, and Office 365 platform.
  • Quick analytic response to resolve issues in any situation.
  • Self-motivated.
  • May require travel between multiple locations in the UAE.
