Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Develop and execute Italian-inspired menus that reflect culinary trends and seasonal ingredients.
• Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, adhering to local regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in high-volume restaurants.
• Strong background in Italian cuisine with proficiency in preparing traditional and contemporary dishes.
• Creative flair and passion for culinary excellence.
• Leadership skills to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
