Employee Relation Officer Vacancy – Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience

We are currently seeking an Employee Relations Officer for a position based in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in a Recruitment Agency.

Requirement & Skills

• 3+ years of proven work experience as an Employee Relations Officer or similar role. A Recruitment Agency background would be highly preferred.
• Experience in HR/Organization
• Sound knowledge of HR methods and processes
• Knowledge of UAE labor law
• Highly organized and detailed in approach.
• The ability to prioritize a demanding workload and time manage effectively.
• Fluent in the English Language
• Preferably candidates who can join immediately or in less than a month.

Experience in HR/Organization is required, along with sound knowledge of HR methods and processes. Familiarity with UAE labor law is also necessary. The candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload effectively. Fluency in English is a must.
