Employee Relation Officer Vacancy – Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience

We are currently seeking an Employee Relations Officer for a position based in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in a Recruitment Agency.

Requirement & Skills

• 3+ years of proven work experience as an Employee Relations Officer or similar role. A Recruitment Agency background would be highly preferred.
• Experience in HR/Organization
• Sound knowledge of HR methods and processes
• Knowledge of UAE labor law
• Highly organized and detailed in approach.
• The ability to prioritize a demanding workload and time manage effectively.
• Fluent in the English Language
• Preferably candidates who can join immediately or in less than a month.

Experience in HR/Organization is required, along with sound knowledge of HR methods and processes. Familiarity with UAE labor law is also necessary.
