Customer Care Representative Vacancy in UAE: Free Visa

Job Opportunity: Customer Care Representative – FM

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between customers and the company, serving as the initial point of contact.
  • Answer phone calls professionally, providing information about products and services.
  • Take or cancel orders and gather details of customer complaints.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Process orders, applications, and forms.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their requests are addressed.
  • Manage a team of customer service representatives, if applicable.
  • Establish and monitor customer service standards.
  • Identify tasks critical to maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure maximized productivity and minimized costs.
