Position: Cleaning Supervisor with Driving License

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in the same field is essential

Salary: A competitive salary of 3000 AED plus accommodation

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
• Schedule and assign tasks to cleaning personnel
• Inspect and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff
• Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment
• Perform regular inspections to maintain quality standards
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to cleaning services
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and employee performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
