Position: Architect

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in interior fit-out company

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed drawings for retail, restaurant, and commercial areas inside shopping malls in the UAE
• Possess knowledge in authorities’ approvals (DM, DDA, Trakhees) and their specific requirements
• Transform concept designs into detailed designs, including the creation of shop drawings
• Handle the preparation of material approvals, samples, and maintain awareness of material suppliers in the UAE
• Detail architectural elements such as joinery, metalwork, etc.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure design specifications are met
• Oversee the development of designs from concept to implementation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an interior fit-out company
• Expertise in preparing detailed drawings for retail, restaurant, and commercial spaces within shopping malls in the UAE
• In-depth knowledge of authorities’ approval processes (DM, DDA, Trakhees) and associated requirements
• Proven experience in translating concept designs into detailed designs, including shop drawings
• Familiarity with the preparation of material approvals, samples, and knowledge of material suppliers in the UAE
• Proficient in detailing architectural elements such as joinery, metalwork, etc.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced project environments
