Job Description

Winfocus is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive specializing in admissions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the edutech field and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets by enrolling students in our programs.
• Communication: Use strong communication skills in Hindi and English to engage with potential students and their families.
• Admissions: Guide prospective students through the admission process, ensuring a smooth and successful enrollment experience.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and admission targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the edutech field, specifically in admissions.
• Skills: Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English. Ability to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
