Job Role: Reservations Officer

Location of work: The Village Mall, Jumeirah 1
This role handles all customer communication via phone, email, messages, and social media channels. 80% of the time is spent on customer communication and reservations. In comparison, ~20% is spent on managing our center and shop & administrative work including preparing monthly performance reports, placing supply orders, etc.
The person will be required to handle cash and credit card transactions for any sales in our shop and maintain accurate inventory.

The candidate for this position should possess a BA degree and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the hotel and travel agency industry. Fluency in English is a must, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and possess the ability to analyze financial statements.
