We have an opening for an experienced Executive Assistant to join an established trading company in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Chairman and CEO by managing schedules and ensuring efficient office operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant UAE experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the schedules of the Chairman and CEO.
• Greet visitors at the front office and ensure a professional environment.
• Perform various administrative tasks to support executives.
