Join our team as a Valet Parking Attendant, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests by safely parking and retrieving their vehicles. We are seeking courteous and responsible individuals who are committed to ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and assist with parking their vehicles.
• Safely drive and park guests’ vehicles following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including documenting damages or special instructions.
• Provide guests with claim tickets and retrieve their vehicles promptly upon request.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or other items from their vehicles as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the valet parking area, including sweeping and trash removal.
• Monitor traffic and parking conditions to ensure guest and vehicle safety.
• Provide assistance to guests with disabilities or special needs to ensure their comfort and convenience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a valet parking attendant or in a customer service role preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
