Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Managed and motivated the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain store inventory and ensured products were well displayed and organized.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
• Implement store policies and procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor sales performance and generate reports for upper management.
• Planned and executed marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
