Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably with knowledge of aluminum profiles and hardware items for system and non-system materials.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PACT software.
• Ability to send inquiries, obtain quotations, and prepare LPOs (Local Purchase Orders).
• Experience in following up with material suppliers and coordinating powder coating processes until materials reach the store or site.
• Ability to prepare weekly reports for presentation to the Procurement Manager.
• Competence in arranging monthly invoices of suppliers according to the statement of account.

Key Responsibilities:

• Send inquiries and get quotations from suppliers.
• Prepare LPOs.
• Follow up with material suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials to the store or site.
• Prepare weekly reports for the Procurement Manager.
• Arrange and manage monthly invoices from suppliers in line with the statement of account.
