This role involves managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, implementing social media marketing strategies, analyzing data and trends, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales through effective marketing campaigns. This position is based in Dubai, with flexibility for remote work.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in E-commerce and Sales (minimum 2 years required)
• Knowledge of social media marketing strategies
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with online advertising and digital marketing tools
• Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
