Job Summary: SS Lootah Material Lab Testing Services is seeking a Junior IT Systems Engineer with expertise in ERP systems, Office 365, Active Directory, and AWS. The ideal candidate will manage and support IT systems, ensuring smooth operation and contributing to the company’s technological efficiency. This role involves maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure, supporting ERP systems, and enhancing cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Systems Management:

• Support and maintain ERP systems to meet business needs.
• Assist in integrating and implementing ERP modules.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide prompt solutions.

Office 365 Administration:

• Manage and support Office 365 applications, including email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Ensure seamless operation of Office 365 services and user accounts.
• Provide user support and training for Office 365 applications.

Active Directory Management:

• Maintain and manage Active Directory (AD) infrastructure.
• Handle user account creation, management, and deactivation.
• Implement and manage group policies and ensure security compliance.

AWS Cloud Services:

• Support and manage AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Assist in the deployment and management of cloud-based applications and services.
• Monitor and optimize AWS resources to ensure cost efficiency and performance.

System Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and system-related problems.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, and procedures.

Backup and Disaster Recovery:

• Implement and manage backup solutions to ensure data integrity.
• Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Candidates with 3-4 years of home country experience are preferred; UAE experience is not mandatory.
