Job Description:

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in Dubai. The Sales Associate will assist customers, maintain the store’s appearance, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers.
• Recommend products based on customer needs.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Actively seek out customers in the store.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
• Cross-sell products.
• Handle returns of merchandise.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a retail sales associate or in a similar role.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic Math skills.
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
