Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed.
• Payroll Processing: Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying timesheets, handling payroll queries, and ensuring timely salary disbursements.
• Recruitment Coordination: Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in our HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• HR Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and handling employee inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR software and databases is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
