🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage high-rise building projects from inception to completion using slip-form construction methods.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Implement safety and compliance measures according to UAE regulations.
- Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets effectively.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
🔎 Requirements:
- Minimum of 20-30 years of experience in the UAE, specifically in high-rise building construction.
- Proven track record of successfully completing at least 3 high-rise projects in the UAE using slip-form construction methods.
