🌟 Role: Clinic Manager

• Salary: AED 9,000 to AED 12,000
• Location: Dubai

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Team Performance: Maintain team performance by ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitude to create a safe clinical environment.
• Stock Control: Manage ordering and stock control for consumables and drugs.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to Health & Safety policies and document all incidents.
• Daily Rounds: Assist in daily nursing rounds with the Director of Nursing and Supervisors.
• Direct Nursing Care: Provide direct nursing care while respecting patient privacy, dignity, personal preference, and culture.
• Medication Management: Follow physician orders, ensure medication accuracy, and handle clinical emergencies.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on therapeutic regimens and support their psychosocial needs.
• Environment Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients, families, visitors, and staff.
• Quality Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of nursing care and update care plans based on patient progress and feedback.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Current licensure in the country of origin and with DHA license to practice in Dubai, UAE.
