Seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with inquiries, orders, and concerns.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
