Key Responsibilities

As the Assistant Manager Human Resources, you will play a vital role in our HR department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
• Employee Relations:
  • Manage employee relations, including handling exits, confirming probation periods, and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Compliance:
  • Ensure all HR practices and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law.
• HR Support:
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Records Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• HR Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 5-8 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws.
