Purchase Executive / Project Coordinator

Job Overview:

TECH GROUP is seeking a skilled and experienced Purchase Executive / Project Coordinator to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in steel fabrication and will be responsible for managing materials requisition and project coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Procurement:
   • Manage and oversee the procurement process, ensuring the correct materials are requisitioned as per specifications.
   • Familiarize with material descriptions, specifications, and applications to provide accurate requisitions.
2. Inventory and Issuance:
   • Locate and issue requisitioned materials in the correct quantities and in a timely manner.
   • Maintain accurate records of material inventory and usage.
3. Project Coordination:
   • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and support project requirements.
   • Address and resolve any issues related to material procurement and project coordination.
4. Additional Duties:
   • Perform any other reasonable tasks or requests as allocated by the Line Manager or Senior Management.

Experience Required:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Gulf experience in steel fabrication or related fields.
• Knowledge: Familiar with material specifications, quantities, and applications.
• Skills: Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage inventory and procurement efficiently.
