Job Description:
We seek a results-oriented Sales Executive (ELV) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will drive sales and revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) technologies, including but not limited to security systems, access control, CCTV, gate barriers, structured cabling, audiovisual systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Parking Management Systems (PMS). You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, propose suitable ELV solutions, and manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through market research, networking, and prospecting activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to position the company as a preferred ELV solutions provider.
- Customized ELV Solutions: Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized ELV solutions that meet client requirements and specifications.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Actively manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to senior management.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the ELV space.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in sales within the ELV industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE market.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of ELV technologies, including security systems, access control, CCTV, gate barriers, structured cabling, audiovisual systems, BMS, and PMS.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Strong networking skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation: A results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- ELV Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in ELV sales (Required)
- UAE Driving License: Must have a valid UAE driving license (Required)
