Key Requirements

• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in IT end-user support.
  • Must have GCC experience.
  • Must be locally available in the UAE.
• License:
  • A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in supporting end-users within an ITIL working environment.
  • Strong knowledge in M365 Migration, Office 365 & MS Teams support.
  • Hands-on experience with remote support tools.
  • Proficient in hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and Wi-Fi.
  • Experience with different operating systems and asset/inventory management.
