Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator with a strong background in digital technology projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Meeting Coordination: Documenting, scheduling, monitoring, and following up on meetings, including minutes of meetings, actions, and task ownership.
- Timely Updates: Ensuring timely updates from relevant teams through the reporting line.
- Project Management: Applying project management expertise to all implemented services.
- Progress Tracking: Tracking project progress and ensuring the quality of project deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring all agreed quality standards and implementation practices are followed.
- Targeted Results: Achieving targeted results in all key performance areas.
