• Knowledge in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)
• Willingness to attend orientation after the interview

• Adherence to company values, principles, and morals
• Ability to work cooperatively and assist other team members with official duties
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in conducting training sessions in Hindi
