Minimum Experience Required:

• 4+ Years in Data Science: Extensive experience in analytics, business intelligence, machine learning (ML) modeling, deep learning algorithms, and ML Ops, specifically within the BFSI sector.
• 2+ Years in Research and Analytics: Proven experience in both quantitative and qualitative research and analytics.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

Knowledge and Skills:

• Analytics Management: Ability to independently manage analytics projects from initiation to completion, delivering actionable insights on time and within budget.
• Machine Learning and AI Expertise: Excellent understanding of machine learning and AI techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Random Forests, Deep Learning, etc.
• Statistical Proficiency: Strong skills in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to develop solutions to loosely defined business problems by leveraging pattern detection over large datasets. Use problem-solving methodologies to propose innovative solutions and develop advanced data-driven analyses to address business challenges.
• Programming Skills: Hands-on experience with statistical modeling packages like SAS, R, or Python.
• Platform Development: Experience in building scalable, multigenerational platforms.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical and business concepts clearly and effectively. Ability to listen attentively and reinforce communication through empathetic body language and tone.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams and driving projects to successful completion.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industry trends and business knowledge, particularly in the BFSI sector.
