المسؤوليات:

  • Managing and maintaining an organized system and documentation related to real estate.
  • Organizing all company documents, including physical and electronic files.
  • Developing and implementing a file index for each property.
  • Ensuring all lists of properties and documentation are complete and up-to-date.
  • Ensuring all documents related to tenants are complete.
  • Ensuring all actual estate-government-related documents are up-to-date.
  • Reviewing tenancy contracts to ensure correct details.
  • Collaborating with the group to ensure complete, timely, and accurate document updates.
  • Providing timely reports to the Director of Real Estate.

Requirements and Skills:

  • At least 2 years of work experience as a Document Controller or similar role in the UAE.
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office.
  • Attention to detail
  • Active team player
