Responsibilities:

Develop conceptual architectural designs into detailed construction drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with design director, project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements and goals.
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and assess the feasibility of design concepts in terms of construction methods, materials, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards in the UAE.
Stay updated on any changes in the regulatory environment and incorporate them into the design process.
Collaborate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and drafters, to integrate architectural designs with other disciplines.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design changes, communications, and technical specifications.
Prepare and present detailed design documentation for client review.
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and address any concerns or modifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
10-15 years of experience in architectural detailing and design within the UAE.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, 3D Max, and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the UAE.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
