Job Role:

  • Coordinate with the BCD team to ensure timely arrangement of flight tickets, visas, and hotel bookings for team members and subcontractors.
  • Plan and arrange key events such as strategy days, stakeholder visits, and client visits.
  • Arrange Elite access, cards, laptops, etc., for all new colleagues.
  • Submit new project set-ups via Metastorm, and liaise with billers to update/amend Elite.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Good personality and experience working with high-end companies as a secretary, admin, or front office personnel.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
