Receptionist Job Vacancy in Leaders Consultancy DMCC

Leaders Consultancy DMCC is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their team. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, welcoming visitors, maintaining a clean and tidy reception area, operating standard office equipment, keeping detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received, receiving deliveries, sorting and distributing incoming mail, taking inventory of supplies, and maintaining the general office filing system. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), be proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks independently.
