Roles & Responsibilities / Essential Duties:

-Develop detailed financial models to project investment returns and sensitivities.
-Aid in creating in-depth presentations, both overview and detailed financial analysis.
-Understand various investment structures, including nuances of debt, equity, and transaction structuring.
-Continuous market research, emphasizing the hospitality sector, for current and future transactions.
-Support in monitoring ongoing transactions and aiding in investor reporting.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

-Superior analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving prowess.
-Robust lateral thinking and decision-making abilities.
-Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking. Proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a bonus.
-Detail-driven with a logical and efficient work methodology.

Education & Professional Background:

-Minimum: Bachelor’s degree from an esteemed international university.

-Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
-Knowledge of the European, UAE, and other regional real estate markets.
-CA background or CFA candidates are given priority.
